NBE is very specific and different for every person, what worked on someone else may not work for you, you have to find the right combination for you.
You need to learn a lot of information to be able to devise a routine that will be adequate for you. The most important stuff you need to learn is: - general about NBE: herbs, massage techniques, tips, factors than influence your chances to grow. You learn all that by reading this forum frequently and thoroughly. - specific to you: the conditions in your body, mostly a hormonal (im)balance that you might have. It's only possible to ascertain that for sure with laboratory tests, but on-line tests based on symptoms can give you some clue. It's also important to listen very closely to all the signs and clues your body gives you, to learn and try to figure out how to manipulate the conditions in it to be able to grow breasts. Equipped with information, you can then devise a routine.
GENERAL ACTIONS OF SOME OF THE MOST USED HERBS:
fenugreek - estrogenic fennel - same as FG, only weaker saw palmetto - anti-androgenic nettle - same as SP wild yam - progesteronic red clover - estrogenic and (possibly) progesteronic (/progesterone balancing)
vitex - estrogen and progesterone ballancing, usually used for estrogen dominance (PMS symptoms), sometimes is shows that it works best when taken alone or with minimal doses of other herbs.
We take several herbs in our routines because they seem to balance hormone levels, in case there is a hormone imbalance, more than they cause an imbalance, if taken when there isn't an imbalance present. For example, taking a progesteronic herb when your progesterone levels are right wouldn't cause them to become too high. So if you are not sure about your hormones or don't display any symptoms listed in the test, you can take a herb for each activity or try first one combination and if it doesn't work than another.
OTHER MUSTS IN EVERY ROUTINE:
- a source of essential fatty acids - borage oil / evening primrose oil (EPO) / flax seed oil - massage - twice a day for at least five minutes (you can learn about different techniques at the resources page) - enough of proteins in your diet - many girls take protein shakes - enough of vitamins and minerals - many take multivitamin supplements - enoguh of water - take herbs with plenty of water and get used to drink a lot
MORE RULES - WHILE ON NBE: - growing signs: mostly pains, but also tingles, itching, tenderness and heavines in the breasts. Keep in mind that pains depend on the part of your cycle - the most arround oveulation and before the period, the least, usually none, on period. - dedication and discipline: NBE will take some time and work, don't skip taking herbs, massages and excercises. - realistic expectations: some girls are as lucky as to see results in the first months, most of us however have to wait a bit longer. You should give a routine at least six months before deciding that it's not working. If you decide to switch a herb, give it at least a month or one cycle to test it, preferbly two (you deduct based on growing pains and signs, but keep in mind the dependance on the part of the cycle). - Coffee is allowed, but in moderate ammounts and as long apart from taking herbs as possible, at least an hour.
BLOOD CIRCULATION!!!
One factor which is in my oppinion very important in NBE is blood circulation. A usual symptom of a slow, sluggish circulation is being cold more than it's normal, especially in hands and feet. A sign of it would also be if you don't bleed much when you pierce your finger (not saying that you should test it like that, lol, but it's how I was able to ascertain that I have it, and the finger piercing was due to a paractical lesson at my uni :P But even a test like that isn't certain , because bleeding depends on curent physiological state.) Phisiologically, poor blood circulation means you have too constricted arterioles - the small vessles that lead the blood into the pheripheral tissues. As breast is a peripheral tissue, that means that your breasts don't get enough blood and with that enough herb substances as well as nurtritients and oxygen, therefore its growth is impeded. Furthermore, poor blood circulation is very likely a factor that prevents breasts to develop in the first place during puberty. If you have a poor circulation, there are herbs that help - cayenne and ginko biloba, also garlic. EXCERCISE also helps, especially push-ups, be cause they send the blood into your chest, and doing ten high jumps several times throughout the day, because that keeps the heart pumping. Even if you don't have poor blood circulation, improving it at least with excercise would be very beneficial.
STRESS!!!
It appears that stress can be one of the biggest obstacles for NBE. If you have that problem, it's good to try to fight it with as many different methods as possible. There are some herbs that might help, most important one being ginseng, which improves the body's resestence to stress. Fennel and hops are relaxing herbs. If stress is really a problem, it's also good to do some kind of meditation, hypnosis or relaxation. But the most important part is to always actively try to improve and keep a healthy mind in whaterver way you discover you can.
